Senior Practice Nurse

You'd be the senior nurse in a team of four, running our long-term conditions clinics and mentoring two newly qualified colleagues. We are a stable practice with low turnover — our last senior nurse retired after fourteen years. What we're after: - NMC registration and at least three years in primary care - Confidence with diabetes and respiratory reviews - Someone who wants a say in how the service runs What we offer: - No weekends, no on-call - Protected time for CPD, funded - Six weeks' leave plus bank holidays
